Pomegranate juice concentrate

This product is produced by mechanically concentrating, by physically removing a portion of the water content, from unfermented pomegranate juice obtained from the edible parts of the sound, ripe fruits of the cultivar Punica granatum, and preserved by physical means. The entire process (all stages of production) must be described in accordance with the HACCP concept (FDA 01/19/2001 or 93/43 / EEC) and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), including quality control and full traceability.

Authenticity
This product is made from 100% natural, fresh and good quality fruits of the specified variety and has not been altered or adulterated by food additives or unacceptable processing. The product complies with the requirements of Directive 2001/112/EC, as amended, as well as the Codex Alimentarius Uniform Standard for Fruit Juices and Nectars (CODEX STAN 247-2005) and the Code of Practice.AIJN. No genetic changes have been made. Genetically modified plants, raw materials, food additives and enzymes (including cloned ones) were not used.
Nutritional supplements
The product does not contain additives specified in Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008. For clarification of the product, processing aids have been used which are approved for use by Directive 2001/112/EC, as amended.
Hygiene
The product is manufactured in accordance with the "General Principles of Food Hygiene" recommended by the Codex Alimentarius Commission.
Contaminants
The content of arsenic and heavy metals does not exceed the levels established by the Code of Practice. AIJN. The product complies with the requirements of Regulation (EC) 1881/2006 as amended.
Pesticide Residues
The product complies with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 as amended.
Allergens
The product does not contain substances that have allergic properties and require labeling in accordance with Directive 2007/68/EC amending Annex IIIA to Directive 2000/13/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to certain food ingredients.
GMO
This product does not contain ingredients containing genetically modified organisms or derived from genetically modified organisms in accordance with Regulations (EC) No. 1829/2003 and No. 1830/2003.
Aromatic substances
Aromatic substances are obtained or returned only from the fruit of the same name. These flavors comply with the European legislation for fruit juices.

Package
Packaging materials comply with the requirements of Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004. The product is supplied in steel barrels according to the Konfrut specification. Steel drums 260 kg or 270 kg net with double PE liner.
Marking
Product labeling is in accordance with the Codex Alimentarius and also complies with Directive 2000/13/EC and its amendments.
Documentation
A packing list and a Certificate of Analysis are provided for each shipment.
Storage conditions
The product is stored at (-18)°C to avoid color and taste changes. The shelf life of the product in unopened original packaging is 18 months at (-18)°C.
