White grape juice concentrate

Grape juice concentrate is a fermentable but unfermented product obtained mechanically from healthy, fresh fruits without any additives or from genetically modified sources. Concentrated grape juice is clarified with purifying and filtering components in accordance with the Codex Alimentarius and produced in accordance with good manufacturing practices. For the production of grape concentrated juice, rotten fruits damaged by insects, as well as with other diseases, were not used.
The product is excluded from the addition of sugar and acid, as well as any kind of operation that would change the organoleptic or nutritional properties of the product in any way.
The refining process eliminates caramelization or other heat spoilage, while the concentrate is produced at the required high temperature to minimize viable micro-organisms and eliminate fermentation activity.
The concentrate complies with the requirements of the Federal Law "Technical Regulations for Juice Products from Fruits and Vegetables", FAO/WHO, Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives and FAO/WHO, General Recommendations for the Reduction of Pesticides, EU legislation, AIJN directives
