The banana puree is produced from fully ripened, mature Cavendish bananas. It contains a natural creamy color and a full banana flavor, keeping all the fresh fruit characteristics of the bananas. Our banana puree does not have any additives except vitamin C to protect color and citric acid to control pH. All raw materials used in the process of this product are non-GMO. All processes employed in the preparation of this puree are in accordance with good manufacturing practices and under strict sanitary conditions designed to assure a commercially sterile product.
