Apple acid

Food malic acid, malonic acid, DL-malic acid, hydroxysuccinic acid. Medium fraction granules or white powder. Food acid, rapidly soluble in water, ethanol alcohol. When heated to more than 100 degrees, it melts, is hygroscopic, and has a characteristic smell of sour apples.

Application:
